With Sarri considering a move back to Italy, Chelsea are eyeing a move for former player Lampard to replace him in the Stamford Bridge dugout.

Lampard, who left the Blues as their all-time leading goalscorer in 2014, has lead Derby to the Championship play-off final.
They are one game away from securing Premier League football ahead of their clash with Aston Villa at Wembley on May 27.
Sarri has not been a hit with Chelsea fans despite leading them to a third place Premier League finish and a spot in the Europa League final against Arsenal in Baku.
